US imposes new sanctions on Venezuela

The US Treasury Department has expanded the list of sanctions against Venezuela, Report says, citing the Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

The new sanctions list includes two people - Venezuelan and Argentine citizens, as well as an organization related to biometric data in Venezuela. Their activities in the United States have been restricted.
