UK citizen establishes company with over EUR 300,000 in authorized capital in Azerbaijan

Baku. 12 September. REPORT.AZ/ The Ministry of Taxes has registered Turan Drilling and Engineering Company LLC, Report informs.

The company is located at Nizami street 69, Sabail district, Baku. Its authorized capital is EUR 306,122 and its legal representative is UK citizen Petrie Robert.

According to the ministry, members of the Supervisory Board are Eldar Vagif Mammadzade, Ramin Ali Isayev, Vugar Mukhtar Samadli and three foreign citizens – Byrne Anthony Joseph, Lorentzen Rune and Paver Gary.
