Azerbaijani singer wins song contest in Georgia

Baku. 29 August. REPORT.AZ Azerbaijani singer Emiliya Yagubova has won the ‘Silk Way Star’ song contest held on August 26-28 in Georgia, Report informs citing Sputnik Georgia.

According to the results of three rounds, Georgian Salome Mirianashvili, Kazakh Miras Jugungunov and Azerbaijani Emiliya Yagubova scored 285 points for each. At the end, the jury chose the winner by making the draw.

The project was attended by young singers from Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, Romania, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Greece and other countries along the Silk Road.
