Novak: Interstate loan of €1.3B allocated for Rasht-Astara railway project

An interstate loan of 1.3 billion euros is allocated for the implementation of the project for the construction of the Rasht-Astara railway section. The total cost of the project is 1.6 billion euros, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak told reporters, Report informs via TASS.
According to him, the Russian share in the interstate loan is 85%.
The loan is repayable during the payback period of this project, Novak added.
