Lithuanian ambassador vows to strengthen ties between Baku and Vilnius

Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Kęstutis Vaškelevičius who presented his credentials to President Ilham Aliyev today has stated the intention to strengthen bilateral relations between Baku and Vilnius, according to Report.

"It's an honor to present the letters of credence to HE President of Azerbaijan I.Aliyev.

At critical times throughout history, Lithuania and Azerbaijan supported each other‘s independence. In this spirit of mutual solidarity and friendship, I'd seek to strengthen our relations," the diplomat said on X.
