Ilham Aliyev extends national day congratulations to Luxembourg

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has addressed a congratulatory letter to Grand Duke of Luxembourg His Royal Highness Henri on the country’s national holiday.

The congratulation message reads:
