President Ilham Aliyev approves new law on gas supply

President Ilham Aliyev has signed into law the bill on "Gas supply", which was adopted by the Milli Majlis on July 8, Report informs.

The new law regulates relations between gas supply entities, consumers, and state bodies operating in the gas sector, covering the transportation, distribution, storage, sale, import, consumption of natural gas, and operation of gas facilities.

The law also establishes the legal, economic, and organizational framework for gas supply in Azerbaijan.
