March on the occasion of 27th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide held in Baku with participation of President - UPDATED - PHOTO

Baku. 26 February. REPORT.AZ/ The march has ended in front of the 'Mother's cry' monument. 

Report informs that President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath at the monument and commemorated the victims of the tragedy. 

First Vice President  Mehriban Aliyeva, Prime Minister Novruz Mammadov, Chairman of the Milli Majlis Ogtay Asadov, Head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva laid flowers to the monument.

A march on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide is being held in the capital of Azerbaijan. Report informs that the march participants are moving in direction to the 'Mother's cry' monument starting from the front of Marine Passanger Terminal.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, government officials, deputies and intellectuals take part in the event.

Tens of thousands of people are attending the rally.
