Elman Rustamov appointed as CBA chairman

President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on appointment of Elman Rustamov as the Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Report informs. 

68-year-old Elman Rustamov has been the chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan for 25 years.
