Azerbaijan, Pakistan to step up efforts to develop economic co-op

On October 26, Azerbaijani Minister of Defense Industry Madat Guliyev with Pakistani Federal Minister for Defense Production Sardar Israr Khan Tareen held a meeting within the SAHA EXPO Defense and Aerospace Exhibition in Turkiye.
Report informs, citing Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Industry, both officials, as co-chairs of the Intergovernmental Joint Commission of the two countries, said the development of cooperation in various economic sectors has been accelerated.
The parties also discussed the prospects for mutual military-technical cooperation and exchanged views on other issues of interest.
The parties highly appreciated the importance of the meeting, at which useful discussions took place.
