Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has extended the quarantine until June 22 and decided to switch to the second stage of easing the restrictions on May 22, Report informs with reference to TASS.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said Ukraine would be switching to an "adaptive quarantine" option from May 22.

"It will allow the regional commissions on technological and ecological security and emergency situations to toughen the restrictions in case of widespread of the virus. The commissions are also allowed to ease the restrictions," he said.

According to today's decision of the government, public transportation and commuter services will be relaunched from May 22, kindergartens, and subways will reopen from May 25. Hotels and churches will work with some restrictions, sports events will be allowed without attendance. However, hostels, restaurants in hotels, swimming pools will remain closed.
