Putin plans to meet with Ilham Aliyev in Kyrgyzstan 

The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, is planning to meet with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the sidelines of the CIS Summit to be held in Kyrgyzstan, Report informs.

“I am going to meet with President Ilham Aliyev on the sidelines of the CIS Summit in Kyrgyzstan,” Vladimir Putin said at the Russian Energy Week.
