Ukraine may postpone the Crimea issue for a real peace agreement. However, all matters related to the country's territorial integrity will be resolved by President Volodymyr Zelensky, Mykhaylo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Presidential Administration, told RBK Ukraine, Report informs.
"The head of state has repeatedly expressed his position on our territorial integrity. Crimea is an integral part of Ukraine. The postponement of this issue may be for the signing of a peace agreement. We would like to know precisely how many countries will be with us. We have been fighting for 44 days," he said.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called the discussion of Crimea and Donbas at a possible meeting of the Russian and Ukrainian presidents "unacceptable."
Russia is not ready to discuss the status of Crimea and insists that the Crimean issue be closed.
