Demolition of monument to Soldiers of the Soviet Army allowed

Latvia allowed the demolition of the monument to the soldiers of the Soviet army in Riga’s Victory Park, Report informs, citing the Latvian parliament.

In Latvia, on May 9 - Victory Day over fascism, access to Soviet monuments was banned in order to prevent possible provocations.
