The Turkish Armed Forces continue to support mine detection, and demining activities in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from Armenian occupation, Turkish National Defense Ministry spokesperson Pinar Kara said, Report informs.

“The ‘Brother Brigade’ project has been launched between Turkey and Azerbaijan to harmonize joint activities, training planning and management. At present, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue training activities. On October 5-8, Nakhchivan will host a joint combat tactical exercise dubbed Unshakable Brotherhood-2021,” the ministry spokesperson added.

According to Kara, the purpose of the exercise is to develop friendship, cooperation and coordination between the land forces of Turkey and Azerbaijan.

“We will continue to be with our Azerbaijani brothers,” she added.
