Marshall Heritage Institute to send 5 more mine detecting dogs to Azerbaijan

The US Marshall Heritage Institute will provide the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) with five specially trained landmine detection dogs in June, Report informs with reference to Alice Becker, executive director of the Marshall Heritage Institute (MLI).
“We are working to assist ANAMA in their demining efforts by providing specially trained landmine detection dogs. We are long-term partners of ANAMA and have provided the mine agency with 60 dogs since 2005. From August 2021 to the present, we have provided 20 dogs, now another 5 are in training and will be delivered in June,” Alice Becker said.
