MAG regional director: Progress of restoring liberated Azerbaijani territories impressive

The progress of work on the restoration of the liberated Azerbaijani territories is impressive, said regional director of the Mines advisory group, Adam Komorowski, Report informs.

He said that the international conference “Humanitarian Demining and Sustainable Development Goals” taking place on April 1 in Baku is a good opportunity to get a complete picture of the mine problem in Azerbaijan.

ANAMA’s (Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action) work is impressive, he added.

Mines advisory group is training 20 ANAMA supervisors, 2 international demining experts are currently working in Horadiz, he noted.
