The equipment of Fuzuli International Airport meets international standards, and the flight scheme is very favorable and comfortable, Boeing 747-400 captain Rasim Ashrafov, who carried out a test flight to the airport, told reporters, Report informs.
"Being a citizen of Azerbaijan, I am overwhelmed with pride today. After many years, we have started flying over the Karabakh sky again and will always do this," he said.
The captain noted that the airport has a very convenient airstrip: "The sufficiently large width and length make it possible to receive large aircraft. I am sure that shortly we will also fly to other airfields on the territory of Karabakh.".
