Azerbaijan reveals number of people killed in landmine explosions

A total of 39 people died in landmine explosions in Azerbaijan from November 2020 until today, Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action Samir Poladov said, as quoted by Report.
According to him, nearly 60,000 landmines have been neutralized in 32,000 hectares over the past period.
In all, 184 people were injured, the official said, adding that the total number of casualties reached 223 people.
