UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan Vladanka Andreeva has expressed her condolences to Azerbaijan over the crash of an AZAL (Azerbaijan Airlines) passenger plane near the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan, Report informs.
“Deeply saddened by the reports of the Azerbaijan Airlines flight crash in Kazakhstan. My thoughts are with the victims, their families, and all those affected by this heartbreaking tragedy,” the official wrote on X.
An AZAL aircraft operating the Baku-Grozny flight crashed near the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan. There were 67 people on board, including crew members.
