Erdogan congratulates Azerbaijan on Independence Restoration Day

President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan has congratulated Azerbaijan on October 18 - Day of Restoration of Independence.

According to Report, the post published on the Turkish leader's account on X reads:

"I wholeheartedly congratulate Azerbaijan, our friend and brother, with whom we share the concept of two states, one nation, on their October 18 - Independence Day. I convey Türkiye's greetings and love to President, my dear brother Ilham Aliyev and all the people of Azerbaijan," the post reads.

Dostumuz, kardeşimiz; iki devlet, tek millet anlayışına sahip olduğumuz Azerbaycan’ın 18 Ekim Bağımsızlık Günü’nü en kalbî duygularımla tebrik ediyorum.
