Peru's Radio Filarmonia has broadcast a musical program dedicated to the first anniversary of Azerbaijan's victory in the Great Patriotic War, Azerbaijani Embassy in Mexico told Report.
M.Mammadov, a member of the Azerbaijani diplomatic corps in Peru, told the radio’s audience about the history of Armenian aggression, Azerbaijan's historic victory in the Great Patriotic War, the end of the 30-year Armenian occupation last year, and restoration of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, as well as international law and justice. He also spoke about the historical and spiritual significance of Victory Day.
Then, they discussed the obstacles created by Armenia for the return of Azerbaijani IDPs to their homes, the mass mining and destruction in the liberated territories, and the work done by Azerbaijan to restore these lands.
During the program, as well as throughout the day, the channel aired classical and modern Azerbaijani music, mugham, as well as compositions dedicated to Azerbaijan’s victory in the Great Patriotic War.
