The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania congratulated Azerbaijan on October 18 - the Day of Restoration of Independence, Report informs.
“Wishing lasting peace and prosperity to the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the Restoration of Independence!” the ministry wrote on Twitter.
