Iraq thanks Azerbaijan for help in COVID-19 fight

The Iraqi Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Health have expressed gratitude to the Azerbaijani government and people for the medical assistance provided to Iraq to curb the coronavirus's spread.

Iraq assessed the aid by the Azerbaijani government as a move that expresses the depth of brotherhood between the countries, the Iraqi Embassy in Baku told Report.

On June 30, the Azerbaijani government delivered humanitarian aid consisting of 27 tons of medical supplies and medicines to Baghdad.
