Baku. 27 November. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsperson) Elmira Suleymanova atttended 14th meeting of the Board of Directors of Asian Ombudsman Association on "Problems of Ombudsman activities".
Report was told in the Ombudsman's Office.
The plenary sessions of the international conference "The Ombudsman's role in the development of good governance standards", "Confidentiality vs transparency", "Effective and professional activity of Ombudsman" and other topics were heard.
The Azerbaijani Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova addressed on "Strategic approach to the promotion and protection of human rights".
Elmira Suleymanova elected vice-president of Asian Ombudsman Association.
