Cahit Bagci congratulates Azerbaijan

Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci has congratulated the Azerbaijani state and people on October 18 - Day of Restoration of Independence, Report informs, citing the diplomat's Twitter page.

"We wish the eternal independence to all our brothers on the occasion of October 18 - Day of Restoration of Independence of Azerbaijan, and we honor memory of all Martyrs who sacrificed their lives on this path," he tweeted.
