Azerbaijan and Russia discuss legal status of Caspian Sea

Baku. 28 December. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijan and Russia have conducted bilateral consultations on the legal status of the Caspian Sea in Baku.

Report informs referring to the press service of Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

The meeting was co-chaired by deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov on behalf of Azerbaijan and Special Representative of the President of Russia on the delimitation and demarcation of the state border with CIS participating countries Igor Bratchikov.

They discussed a draft Convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea.
