Armenian aggression, 44-day Patriotic war in Mexican press

The authoritative English-language Mexican newspaper Pulse News Mexico published an article by well-known journalist Therese Margolis on the chronicle of development from the restoration of Azerbaijan's state independence to the present day, Report informs.

Referring to the presentation entitled "30 years of Azerbaijan's independence - from difficulties to success" held at Mexico's National Academy of History and Geography on the occasion of the Day of Restoration of Independence, the author spoke about the ancient history of Azerbaijani statehood, the difficulties faced by the country after the restoration of independence, the unique role of national leader Heydar Aliyev in strengthening and comprehensive development of the statehood, Azerbaijan's comprehensive oil and gas strategy, socio-economic success, favorable business environment and high ratings of authoritative international rating agencies.

The article also discusses the history of the Armenian aggression, the 44-day war and its consequences, the devastation committed by Armenia in the liberated territories, environmental terrorism and mass mining, as well as the work done by Azerbaijan over the past 11 months to rebuild these lands.
