During Simeone's management Atlético FC failed to beat only Qarabag FC within European Cups

Baku. 15 January. REPORT.AZ/ During Diego Simeone's management Atlético Madrid FC did not manage to defeat only Qarabag FC.

Report informs citing the 90min.com that most memorable matches for Atlético fans in the Champions League last season were games against Qarabag FC. The Madrid club was unable to win in both matches (0: 0, 1: 1) and was third in the group stage and dismissed from Champions League. As a result, the team claimed the Europa League crown.

Notably, Atlético did not manage to defeat four teams under Diego Simeone's management. The rest three clubs are representatives of Spain: Real Racing Club de Santander FC, Mallorca FC and Girona FC. The first two of them are currently competing in the low league.
