Azerbaijan and IFC sign documents

The Azerbaijan Investment Climate and Agribusiness Competitiveness Project was signed in Baku.

Report informs that several state bodies and IFC signed documents at the event.

From the Azerbaijani side, the document was signed by Deputy PM Yagub Eyyubov and IFC Regional Manager Jan Van Bilsen.

The memorandum between the Ministry of Economy and IFC was signed by Economic Minister Shahin Mustafayev and IFC Regional Manager Jan Van Bilsen.

The Cooperation memorandum between the IFC and Ministry of Agriculture was signed by Minister of Agriculture Inam Karimov and IFC Regional Manager Jan Van Bilsen.

At the same time, the memorandum with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population was signed by Minister Sahil Babayev and IFC Regional Manager Jan Van Bilsen.

The memorandum of understanding with Food Security Agency was signed by chairman of the Agency Goshgar Tahmazov.

IFC also signed a document with the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. The document was signed by Center’s Executive Director Vusal Gasimli and IFC Regional Manager Jan Van Bilsen.
