On March 28, the weather in the regions will be rainless, but rainy in some places at night and in the daytime. Fog is forecasted in some areas. East wind will blow.

The temperature will be +2 - +6 C at night and +10 -+15 during the day, -3 and -8 C in the mountains at night, +3 and +8 C in the daytime.
