Weather forecast for Sunday announced

Baku. 2 February. REPORT.AZ/ The weather forecast for Sunday in Azerbaijan has been announced.

Report informs citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that the weather in Baku and Absheron peninsula on February 6 will be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy and mainly rainless. Light fog and drizzle will be observed in some places at night and in the morning.

Mild south-west wind will intensify occasionally.

The temperature in Absheron peninsula is expected at +2- +4 C at night and +7- +9 C in the daytime, while in Baku the temperature will be +3- +5 C at night and +7- +9 C in the daytime.

The atmospheric pressure will drop from 773 mm to 768 mm mercury column. The relative humidity will make 70-80%.

The weather in the regions will be mainly rainless. However, rainfall is expected in some places at night and in the morning, drizzle predicted in the Lankaran-Astara zone. West wind will intensify in some places.

The air temperature will vary from +1- +6 C at night and +8- +13 C in the daytime, while mountainous areas will see the temperatures at –1- -6 C at night and +3- +8 C in the daytime.
