Diaspora Committee arranges summer camp for Azerbaijani youth

The State Committee on Work with the Diaspora is preparing for another large-scale project - a summer camp for young people.

Report informs that the State Committee has already started registering young people who want to take part in the third Summer camp of Azerbaijani Diaspora Youth "Volunteers-2020".

The summer camp will take place on July 12-19 in the city of Gusar. The State Committee will organize the event following the decree of President Ilham Aliyev on declaring 2020 the year of volunteers in Azerbaijan. The State Committee has already held two summer camps for Diaspora youth. It brought together young Azerbaijanis living in different parts of the world, and representatives of nations that have friendly feelings for our country. Participants also had the opportunity to gain a more in-depth insight into Azerbaijan and to network within a single platform.

As in previous years, young people between the ages of 18 and 29 who have communication skills in the Azerbaijani language can participate in the summer camp. This time the participation in the 3rd Summer Camp of Diaspora Youth is also free.
