Azerbaijani community pickets in Prague

The Azerbaijani community living in the Czech Republic held an authorized picket in Prague, the State Committee for Work with Diaspora told Report.

During the picket at the Krizovnicke Namesti square, Azerbaijanis protested against the large-scale provocation by the Armenian armed forces on the state border of Azerbaijan. They drew the attention of the local community to the destruction of Azerbaijan's cultural heritage, the silence of international organizations on the acts of vandalism of Armenians on the Azerbaijani, and the factors that hinder peace in the region.

The list of Azerbaijani servicemen martyred as a result of Armenia's latest provocation was demonstrated during the picket which took place under the slogans "Stop Armenia's aggression!", "Stop Armenian terrorism!", "UNESCO, protect Azerbaijan's heritage in Yerevan!", "Stop Armenian vandalism!"

Diaspora activist Farid Amiraliyev organized the picket.
