AZPROMO receives over 1,200 appeals for business activities in Karabakh 

Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) has received over 1,200 appeals for business activities in the liberated territories, AZPROMO President Yusif Abdullayev said in a special session on economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkiye, Report informs.

According to him, the appeals are received via SMBDA: “Nearly 400 appeals were received from foreign companies, 100 of which are Turkish. I want this figure to grow more.”

“The trade turnover between our countries was $2.45 billion in January-May 2022, which is 31.4% more than a year earlier. Last year, Azerbaijan’s exports to Turkiye increased by 12% to $4.7 billion. The Turkish companies have, so far, participated in nearly 300 state projects worth $17 billion.”
