South Korean Ambassador: Azerbaijan has created one of the most developed e-government systems

Baku. 19 August. REPORT.AZ/ To this day, Korea and Azerbaijan have established close co-operation but that cooperation should be expanded in other areas as well.

Report informs, this was stated by Ambassador of South Korea in Azerbaijan Kim Chang-gyu at the forum on cooperation in the field of public administration between Azerbaijan and Korea.

According to him, this forum will contribute to further development of relations between the two countries. He expressed satisfaction with development of electronic services rendered to citizens and said he would do his best for the development of the ties.

Kim Chang-gyu noted that Korea had managed to create one of the most advanced systems to provide e-government services: "Azerbaijan has created one of the developed e-government systems among the post USSR countries. Under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan has taken steps to apply this system at the highest level in the world”.
