Declaration of Intention on establishment of International Association of ASAN signed

A Declaration of Intention on the establishment of an International Association of ASAN has been signed within the framework of the UN Public Service Forum held in Baku.

Report informs that the initiator of the International Association of ASAN is the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The document was signed by representatives of Morocco, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Turkey, Uganda and the UAE.

Within the Declaration of Intention on the establishment of the International Association of ASAN, an institutional platform will also be established for the sustainable exchange of best practices and expertise in the relevant field, the introduction of innovations in the provision of public services will be encouraged as well.

Notably, today the UN Public Service Forum has started its work at the Heydar Aliyev Center. The event, which will last until June 26, was organized by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the UN.
