According to the information, the demonstrations were initiated by the owners of small outlets, which began to close their shops and go out on the streets of the city. At the same time, information about the beginning of detention of protesters is published in social networks. Protests were also recorded in the cities of Karaj, Mashhad, Bandar Abbas and the island of Qeshm.
In recent days, the exchange rate of the national currency on the black market (in fact, the real rate) of Iran broke another record and reached 87 thousand riyals per dollar. At the same time, at the end of May this figure was 65 thousand riyals.
