"Steps are being taken to set up a special tribunal in connection with Russia's attack on Ukraine as soon as possible," Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Smyrnov, Report informs

"At present, consultations are being held with partner countries and international organizations, and the optimal format for the establishment and operation of the tribunal is being determined. This idea was supported by European and world intellectuals, leading international lawyers and public figures. Information is collected about every Russian who took part in the war. This information will then be available to all our citizens and the civilized world," he noted.

Smyrnov said that relevant talks with international partners will continue this week.

He also noted that the work of six courts has already been restored in the country. These are the Brusyliv, Malyn and Ovruch district courts of the Zhytomyr region, the Ivankiv district court of the Kyiv region, the commercial court of Sumy region and the commercial court of the Chernihiv region. In addition, efforts are being made to restore the entire network of courts in Chernihiv, Sumy and Kyiv regions.
