ISIS claims responsibility for attack on church in Istanbul

The terrorist organization ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack on a church in Istanbul, the militants said in a statement on Telegram.
Report informs via Reuters that both attackers were detained.
"Both of the suspects are foreign nationals. One of them is from Tajikistan and the other is Russian, and we evaluated them to be with Islamic State," Turkish Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya said, adding they would be questioned about the attack.
Two masked gunmen shot and killed a man during a church service Sunday morning in Istanbul.
