Fuat Oktay: Regular consultations on Turkish-Armenian relations held in Azerbaijan

Regular consultations are held with Azerbaijan on the issues of the Turkish-Armenian relations, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on External Ties Fuat Oktay told Report.

He noted that the main condition for opening the Turkish-Armenian border is the complete resolution of the Karabakh issue and clarification of the borders with Azerbaijan: "Against the background of ongoing events and as a result of the signing of a peace agreement, other issues can be discussed. In general, relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia also affect relations between official Ankara and Yerevan."
