Trump to skip Biden's inauguration

Incumbent President Donald Trump will not attend his successor's inauguration, Joseph Biden, Report says, referring to foreign media.
Trump will leave the White House for Florida on January 20 to address a rally of his supporters.
Trump will announce in his speech that he will run in the presidential elections in 4 years.
Biden said he was waiting for Trump at the inauguration ceremony.
Note that Biden, the Democratic candidate, won the presidential election. The inauguration of the new head of state will take place on January 20, 2021. Incumbent President Trump does not recognize his defeat in the November 3 election. The Republican candidate is protesting the election results in some states.
