Russian ambassador may be summoned to Latvian MFA 

Russian Ambassador to Latvia will be summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs over the illegal annexation of several districts of Ukraine, Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs wrote on Twitter, Report informs.

On September 23-27, a "referendum" was held in the Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine under Russian occupation. Citizens answered the question about whether they agree to join Russia. According to the announced results, the vast majority of those who participated in the "referendum" supported the unification of those provinces with Russia.
