North Korea has test fired a new type missile.
Report informs citing Reuters that North Korea launched the missiles from the coastal city of Wonsan with one flying about 430 km (267 miles) and the other 690 km (428 miles) out over the sea. They both reached an altitude of 50 km (30 miles) before splashing down.
The second, longer-range missile appeared to be a new design, but a detailed analysis was being done to verify that.
