Five dead In bus accident near Germany’s Leipzig

At least 5 people were killed and about 50 injured in Germany as a result of an accident involving a tourist bus, Report informs via TASS.

Local rescue services said the accident happened on Wednesday on the A9 motorway near Leipzig. According to the newspaper, approximately 10 people were seriously injured. Four rescue helicopters were deployed.

According to eyewitnesses, a bus belonging to Flixbus, a company specializing in international transportation, drove off the road into a ditch for some unknown reason and overturned. The motorway in the direction of Munich is completely closed to traffic.
