Estonia closes borders for Russian citizens 

Estonia has decided to close its borders to Russian citizens, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, Report informs, citing TASS.

“Employees of diplomatic missions in Estonia and their family members, as well as people engaged in international transport or having the right to free movement under EU legislation, will not be subject to sanctions.

“In addition, the restrictions will not apply to people whose entry into Estonia is necessary for humanitarian reasons, close relatives of citizens of the Republic or those who have a permanent residence permit in Estonia,” the ministry said.
