Britain imposes new sanctions on Russia

Foreign Secretary of UK Liz Truss has announced a new suite of aviation sanctions on Russia, Report informs.

"New powers to detain Russian aircraft and remove aircraft belonging to designated individuals and entities from the UK register," she noted.

British Transport Minister Grant Shapps said that one plane is already under investigation.
