New military unit in Jabrayil equipped with Harop and Raven UCAVs

The arsenal of weapons and military equipment of the newly commissioned military unit complex of the State Border Service (SBS) in Jabrayil includes 'Harop' and "Raven" unmanned combat aerial vehicles, President of Azerbaijan, victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev said at the opening of the military unit complex on October 4.

The head of state was informed that the complex also includes anti-tank grenades, anti-tank guided missiles, 120 mm and 82 mm mortars, anti-aircraft guns and other modern weapons systems, small arms, group and sniper rifles, surveillance and night vision devices, thermal devices and sights, special equipment, as well as armored personnel carriers, high-speed vehicles, armored combat vehicles.

On the instructions of the President, activities are underway to create the necessary border defense and security infrastructure in the liberated territories.

The military unit of the State Border Service was opened in Jabrayil on October 4.
