Azerbaijani military pilots take part in Anatolian Phoenix-2022 training

The Anatolian Phoenix-2022 international tactical flight drills continue successfully in Konya, Turkiye, Report informs.

Two Mi-17-1V multi-purpose helicopters consisting of three personnel teams of the Azerbaijani Air Force also demonstrated their performance.

The main purpose of the exercises is to strengthen the control of rescue and air relief operations, close air support, movement dynamics and expand cooperation between the participating states in the field of air force.

Along with Turkiye and Azerbaijan, Poland and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus are also taking part in this year's exercise. The training will last until May.
