Azerbaijani exclave holds command training for battalion, division commanders

In line with the Reconciliation Plan of the Nakhchivan Garrison Troops for the 2021 academic year, command training sessions were held for the battalion, division commanders, and their deputies.

As the Defense Ministry told Report, the main focus of the commander's training was to maintain the moral and psychological stability of officers, which is the basis of commander's qualities, and to improve the management skills of the units.

The officers were trained in reconnaissance, tactical, topography, and communication skills, including the rules of seasonal maintenance of equipment. The physical training, knowledge, and skills of the officers involved in the command training were checked.

At the end of the training, it was noted that positive results were achieved in improving the skills of the officers in commanding the units as well as in their ability to use various weapons systems plus newly introduced military equipment.
